W.Con.182/SRP-05/DKJ-MU/23-24/246/20E/230925] सुनील कुमार वमाि, मुखय इंिीजनयर/जनमाणि -IV[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 23rd September, 2025 S.O. 4344(E).— Whereas, by the notification by Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number SO No.370 (E), Dated. 21.01.2025 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 Sub section (ii), Gazette No.366, dated. 22.01.2025 (herein after referred to as said notification) and issued under sub section (1) of section 20 (A) of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of the Special Railway Project, “Doubling of Railway line between Dornakal and Bhadrachalam stations” in the District of Bhadradri Kothagudem in the state of Telangana. And whereas an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers ‘All in one, The New Indian Express, The Hindu, Mana Telangana & Vividha’ on 29th January, 2025 with the approval of Sunil Kumar Verma, Chief Engineer, Construction-IV, South Central Railway, Secunderabad, under sub -section (4); Section 20A of this Act. And Whereas, Sub Divisional Magistrate/Revenue Divisional Officer and Competent Authority (L.A), Kothagudem have not received any objections for Karukonda village of Laxmidevipalli Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District of Telangana State. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20(E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in the Schedule have been annexed, to be obtained here for the purpose mentioned above; Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20(E) of this Act, the Central Government, hereby declares on publication of notification in the Official Gazette, that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government is from all encumbrances.
