और, उक्त अजधसूर्ना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अतं गतग दजै नक समार्ारपत्रों, “लोकमत”, “लोकमत टाइम्स” और “लोकमत समार्ार” म ें तारीख 14 मार् ग 2024 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा; 1522 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, परसोडा तर्ा रोटेगांव, सवंदगांव और लासुरगांव गााँव म ें कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुई तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा तदनुसार आदेि पाररत कर कदए गए ह.ैं और, बेंदवाडी गांव म ें कुछ आपजियां प्राप्त हुई र्ीं तर्ा उन्ह ें सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जवर्ारोपरांत तदनुसार आदिे पाररत कर कदए गए ह.ैं और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण म ें सिम प्राजधकारी न े अपनी ररपोटग केंद्रीय सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै अत: अब केंद्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटग के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूर्ी म ें जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Paper " Lokmat " "Lokmat Times" & "Lokmat Samachar" dated 14 March 2024, under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act, And whereas, in Parsoda, Rotegaon, Sawandgaon and Lasuragon villages no objections were received and accordingly orders have been passed by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in Bendwadi village certain objections were received and the same have been considered by the competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government, Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20(E). of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose, And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
