07 िून 2024 (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया ह)ै , द्वारा उक्त अजधजनयम से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में
जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम को, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के औरंगाबाद जिल े में जविषे रेलवे पररयोिना अर्ागत “औरंगाबाद – अकं ाई दोहरीकरण
पररयोिना” के जनष्पादन, अनरु िण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए आपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिगन करन े के आिय की
घोषणा की र्ी;
और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (4) के अंतगगत दैजनक समाचारपत्रों,
अर्ागत, “लोकमत समाचार”, “लोकमत टाइम्स” और “लोकमत” में तारीख 30 िनू 2024 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा;
और, जमटजमटा, खडकनारळा, फतीयाबाद, तलेसमन, सावंगी, दायगांव, लासूरगांव, रोटेगांव तर्ा सवंदगांव गावं
में कोई आपजियां प्राप्त नहीं हुई तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा तदनुसार आदेि पाररत कर कदए गए ह;ैं
और, िरणापरु गांव म ेंकुछ आपजियां प्राप्त हुई र्ीं तर्ा उन्ह ेंसिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जवचारोपरांत तदनुसार आदिे

और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म ेंसिम प्राजधकारी न ेइसकी ररपोटग केंद्र सरकार
को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै
अतः अब केंद्र सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त होने पर तर्ा उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ई) की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी;
और यह कक केंद्र सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई कक उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ेंयह घोषणा करती ह ैकक
आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन े पर इससे उपाबध्द अनुसूची में जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम सभी जवलगं मो से

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 6th June, 2025
S.O. 2502(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number, S.O.2224 (E) dated the 07 June 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3
Sub-section(ii), dated the 07 June 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1)
of section 20(A) of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the
land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management
and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Aurangabad- Ankai Doubling project” in the District of
Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Paper " Lokmat Samachar",
"Lokmat Times" & “Lokmat” dated 30 June 2024, under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act,
And whereas, in Mitmita, Khadkanara, Fatiyabad, Talasman, Savangi, Daigaon, Lasurgaon, Rotegaon and
Savandagaon villages no objections were received and accordingly orders have been passed by the Competent
Authority;
And whereas, in Sharnapur, village certain objections were received and the same have been considered by
the competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.

“Aurangabad-Ankai” Doubling Project” in Sharnapur, Mitmita, Khadkanara, Fatiyabad, Talasman, Savangi,
Daigaon, Lasurgaon, Rotegaon and Savandagaon Villages of Aurangabad District, Under Deputy Collector (Land
Acquisition) officer, Aurangabad and Competent Authority for Land Acquisition, Aurangabad; for Land Acquisition in
