और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (4) के अतं गतग दैजनक समाचारपत्रों, अर्ागत “लोकमत टाइम्स”, “नवभारत” और, “नवराष्ट्र” म ेंतारीख 04 िनू 2025 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा; और, नगरसुल गांव म ेंकोई आपजि प्राप्त नही हुई तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा तदनुसार आदिे पाररत कर कदय ेगए ह;ै और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म ें सिम प्राजधकारी न े इसकी ररपोटग केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै 1539 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब केंद्र सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटग के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 ई की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इसस े उपाबध्द अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Paper " Lokmat Times” “Navbharat” & “Navarashtra" dated 04 June 2025, under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act And whereas, in Nagarsul village, objections were not received and accordingly report have been passed by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20(E). of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 SCHEDULE “Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) - Ankai Doubling project” in Nagarsul Village of Nashik District, Under Sub- Divisional Officer & Land Acquisition officer Yeola and Competent Authority for Land Acquisition, Yeola for Land Acquisition in the state of Maharashtra.
