अर्ागत “सकाळ”, और “लोकमत समाचार” म ेंतारीख 01 ऑगस्ट्ट 2025 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा;
और, एकभूिी वाघलगाव तर्ा िहानवािपूर गांव म ें कोई आपजि प्राप्त नही हुई तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा
तदनुसार आदेि पाररत कर कदये गए ह;ै

को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै
अतः अब केंद्र सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटग के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 ई की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इससे उपाबध्द अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी;
और यह कक केंद्र सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई कक उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करता ह ै कक

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 14th July, 2026
S.O. 3893(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number, S.O. 3274 (E) dated the 15 July 2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3
Sub-section(ii), dated the 15 July 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1)
of section 20(A) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the
land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management
and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)- Ankai Doubling project”
in the District of Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Paper “Sakal” and “Lokmat
Samachar" dated 1st August 2025, under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act,
And whereas, in Ekbhurji Wagalgaon & Shanawazpur villages no objections were received and accordingly
orders have been passed by the Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20(E). of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
