And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) and Lokmat (Hindi)” on 01st June 2023 by Hemant Kumar Bhagoria, Chief Engineer-V, Construction Organization Secunderabad under sub section(4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, for khel Shivapur Jamod, Khel Mali Jamod, Khel Warde Jamod and Kuvardev (04) Villages of Buldhana district 42 Objections received to the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Revenue) and Competent Authority Jalgaon Jamod (MH) which have been dispose of by filing case.
