अर्ागत "दैजनक भास्ट्कर (हहदं ी)" व "पजत्रका (हहदं ी)" में हमे ंत कुमार भगोररया, मुख्य इंिीजनयर जनमागण संगनन, जसकंदराबाद
द्वारा ददनांक 28.02.2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा.

अत: अब केंद्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी के उक्त ररपोर्ग की प्राजप्त तर्ा उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-
धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबध्द अनसूची में जवजनर्दष्टग भूजम पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 9th May, 2025
S.O. 2127(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O 971 (E) dated the 19th February 2025 published in Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section(ii), dated the 25th February 2025 (here in after referred to as the
said notification) and issued under sub-section(1) of section 20(A) of the Railways Act, 1989(24 of 1989),
the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the
said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway
Project, namely Khandwa Akola Gauge Conversion (MG to BG) in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
And whereas, the extract of the said Act was published under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the
said Act in the daily newspapers namely "Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi)" and "Patrika (Hindi)" by Hemant Kumar
Bhagoria, Chief Engineer/Construction Organisation, Secunderabad on 28-02-2025.
And no objection was received before the competent authority, that is, the Sub-Divisional Officer
(Revenue), Nepanagar, from the villages of Mohana (Usarni), Usarni, Shekhapur Raiyat, Tukaithad, Khadki,
Pangri, Mohangarh, Sawali, Kardali, Rangai and Khaknar in the district of Burhanpur.
And, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted his report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the
lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government
here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule
annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
