ग ंतकल वेस्ट्ट - मल्लप्पा गेट के बीच रेल ओवर रेल (आरओआर) दोहरी लाइन के जनष्पादन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के
प्रयोिन हते उक्त अजधसूचना म ेंसंलग्न अन सूची में जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े के आिय की घोषणा की ह.ै
और िबकक, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (4) के अधीन दैजनक समाचार पत्रों
मे अर्ाडत् “सािी (तले ग) , हहदं ी जमलाप (हहदं ी) और डेक्कन क्रॉजनकल (अंग्रेिी)” में पी.वी.साई प्रसाद, म ख्य इंिीजनयर-I, जनमाडण
संगठन, जसकंदराबाद द्वारा 25 नवंबर, 2024 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा;
और िबकक, अनतं प रम जिले के कसाप रम और गत ं कल गांवों के जलए संय क्त कलक्टर और भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए
सिम प्राजधकारी, अनंतप रम (आंध्रप्रदिे ) द्वारा कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुई र्ी.
और िबकक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण में सिम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोटड केन्द्द्रीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी ह;ै

S.O. 1989(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number S.O.4949(E) dated the 13th of November, 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section
3, sub-section (ii) (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (i) of section 20(A) of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereafter referred as in as the said Act), Central Government declared its intention to
acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance,
management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Rail Over Rail (ROR) double line between Guntakal West
– Mallappa Gate in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Sakshi (Telugu),

Construction Organization, Secunderabad under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, for Kasapuram and Guntakal villages of Anantapuramu district, no objections were received by the
Joint Collector and Competent Authority for Land Acquisition, Anantapuramu (AP).
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances:

Rail Over Rail (ROR) double line between Guntakal West – Mallappa Gate in Kasapuram and Guntakal villages of
Anantapuramu district, under Joint Collector and Competent Authority for Land Acquisition, Anantapuramu; for Land
