Secunderabad, the 12th June, 2023
S.O. 2688(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37 A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies "Doubling between Guntur and Bibinagar
3891 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
(248 Km)" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Districts of
Guntur and Palnadu and in the State of Telangana in the Districts of Nalgonda and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri for providing
National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official
Gazette.
