S.O. 2738(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37 A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies "Doubling between Mudkhed and Dhone (417.88
Km)" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Maharashtra in the District of Nanded, in the
State of Telangana in the Districts of Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Medak, Medchal–Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar,
Wanaparthy, Jogulamba Gadwal and in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Districts of Kurnool and Nandyal for
providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in
the Official Gazette.
