S.O. 3866(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways
Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Doubling between Tirupati – Pakala – Katpadi (104 Km)"
as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Districts of Tirupati
and Chittoor and in the State of Tamil Nadu in the District of Vellore for providing National Infrastructure
for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
