The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazettee. 4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
