S.O. 1522(E).—In accordance with Section 3(3) of Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021, a Search-cum-Selection
Committee is hereby constituted as follows for making recommendations to the Central Government for the appointment
to the post of Technical Member for Electricity in the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) :-
(i) Hon’bleMr.JusticeK.V.Viswanathan Judge of Supreme Court - Chairperson
(ii) Chairperson, APTEL - Member
(iii) Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy - Member
