The meeting was attended by Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Raksha Khadse, Sports Minister of Mizoram, Lalnghinglova Hmar and senior officials and representatives from all Northeastern States.
