1. संजक्षप्त िाम तर्ा प्रारंभ - (1) इि जियमों का संजक्षप्त नाम परमाण ु ऊिा ा जिभाग (सुरक्षा काडर) समूह ‘क’ भती जियम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य े रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. आिेदि – य ेजियम इि जियमों से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची के स्िंभ (1) म ेंधवजिर्दाष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे। 3. पदों की संख्या, िगीकरण और िेति मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर – उि पदों की संख्या, उिका िगीकरण और उससे संलग्न िेति मैट्ररक्स म ेंस्ट्तर वह होगा, जो उि अिुसूची के स्िंभ (2) से स्िंभ (4) में धवजिर्दाष्ट ह।ै 5269 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहता ाए,ं आदद - उि पदों पर भती की पद्धधि, आयु-सीमा, अहता ाए ं और उसस े संबंजधत अन्य बािें वे होंगी जो पूवोक्त अिुसूची के स्िंभ (5) स ेस्िंभ (13) में धवजिर्दाष्ट ह।ैं 5. जिरहता ा - िह व्यजि- (क) जिसिे ऐसे व्यजि स े जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजित ह,ै जििाह दकया ह,ै या जििाह की संधवदा की ह;ै या (ख) जिसिे अपि े पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जििाह दकया है, या जििाह की संधवदा की ह,ै उि पदों में से दकसी पर जियुजि के धलए पात्र िहीं होगा : परन्तु यदद केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधाि हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीि अिज्ञु ेय ह ै और ऐसा करिे के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह ऐस े व्यजि को इस जियम के प्रिताि से छूट द ेसकेगी। 6. जिजर्ल करि े की िजि - िहा ं केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करिा आिश्यक या समीचीि है, वहा ं वह उसके धलए जो कारण ह ैंउन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन धनयमों के ककसी उपबंि को ककसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबि, आदेश द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 7. व्यािजृ त्त - Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Department of Atomic Energy (Security Cadre) Group ‘A’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application. – These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule. 6.
