In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [Central Act 2 of 2016], the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department Notification No.II(2)/SWWE/(a-4)/2023, published at page 2 in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 3rd January, 2023. Amendment. In the said Notification, under the tabular column for serial number (2) and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the following entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:- “2 Thiru.K.M.
