OF CERTAIN PERSONS AS CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS TO THE COMMISSION UNDER
THE TAMIL NADU STATE COMMISSION FOR WOMEN ACT, 2008 (TAMIL NADU ACT 31 OF 2008)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu State
Commission for Women Act, 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 2008), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
reconstitutes the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women and nominates the following persons as

2. The Honorarium and allowances and other terms and conditions of services of the Chairperson and Members
shall be as per the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women (Honorarium, Allowances and Conditions of Service of
Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2013.
3. The Chairperson and Members of the said Commission shall hold office for a period of three years.
4. The tenure of other two Members of the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women who have been nominated
by the Government from among the Members of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly will cease to be the Members of
