NOTIFICATION
Prayagraj, the 21st January, 2025
S.O. 364(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway Amendment act 2008 (11 of 2008) (herein referred to as the said Act), the
Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as
competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of Jhansi-
Khairar-Manikpur & Khairar-Bhimsen Doubling Project (411 K.M.) in the state of Uttar Pradesh
relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Projects.
