New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2025
S.O. 5970(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation
Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes
the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in Ministry of Power number S.O 2902(E)

In the said notification, in paragraph 3,—
a) in sub-paragraph (1), in the Table 3.4, for the words, figures and letters “31st December, 2025”, the words,
figures and letters “30th June, 2026” shall be substituted, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (1), after Table 3.4, the following Table shall be inserted, namely: -
