The list of these 16 operational CPSEs along with details of their turn-over and profits made in the last three years is at Annexure-I. Since 2019, 2 CPSEs namely (a) Bharat Leather Corporation Ltd. and (b) Weigh bird India Ltd. (WIL) and two subsidiary companies of HMT Ltd. namely; HMT Chinar Watches Ltd. and HMT Bearings Ltd. have been liquidated by official liquidator appointed by the respective High Court/NCLT. Proceeds from liquidation of these CPSEs have been utilized as per applicable guidelines / rules by the official liquidator as per the Companies Act 2013. At present, 15 CPSEs are under liquidation by official liquidator in pursuance to the respective Hon’ble High Court/Tribunal orders. The list of these 15 CPSEs is at Annexure-II.
