S.O. (E) The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read
with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22
of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023,
in partial modification of Notification No. 03/2023 dated 6" April, 2023 read with
Notification No. 41/2023 dated 27" October, 2023, hereby extends the time period,
for both accreditation of Halal Certification Bodies as well as for registration of export
units, for a further period of three months i.e., up to 4" July 2024.
