NOTIFICATION
Jabalpur, the 13th June, 2026
S.O. 3062(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 7(A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect
of area of the Special Railway Project (Construction of “Katni – Singrauli 3rd & 4th Railway Line Project (264.07
Km)” under Jabalpur Division of West Central Railway) in column (4) of the table in the State of Madhya Pradesh with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
