Jabalpur, the 15th July, 2025
S.O. 3234(E).—In exercise of the power conf erred by the clause 7A of section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect
of area of the Special Railway Project (Diverted alignment of Katni-Singrauli Rail Doubling Project (261Km)
between Beohari to Joba Stations) in column (4) of the table in the state of Madhya Pradesh with effect from the date
of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
