Jabalpur, the 25th July, 2025
S.O. 3451(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 7(A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect
of area of the Special Railway Project (Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in Lieu of LC No.
263 at KM 875/15-16 between Kareli - Bohani Stations in Itarsi - Katni Section) in column (4) of the table in the
State of Madhya Pradesh with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
