The branch, originally registered to operate as a Foreign Reinsurer's Branch, requested the surrender according to Regulation 18 (3) (d) of IRDAI (Registration and Operations of Foreign Reinsurers Branches & Lloyd's India) Regulations 2024, read with Clause 12 of Master Circular on Reinsurance dated 31st May, 2024. गया था।
ए�ा फ्रांस वी इंिडया पुनब�मा शाखा ने �े�ा से आईआरडीएआई (िवदेशी पुनब�माकतार्ओ ं की
शाखाओ ं और लायड्स इंिडया का पंजीकरण और प�रचालन) िविनयम 2024 के िविनयम 18 (3) (घ)
के साथ पिठत पुनब�मा स�ंधी मा�र प�रपत्र िदनांिकत 31 मई, 2024 के खंड 12 के अनुसार
पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र के अ�पर्ण का अनुरोध िकया है।
प्रािधकरण ने 14/07/2025 को आयोिजत अपनी बोडर् बैठक में एएफवी एफआरबी को जारी पंजीकरण
प्रमाणपत्र के अ�पर्ण को अनुमोदन प्रदान िकया है।
उपरो� को �ान में रखते हुए ए�ा फ्रांस वी इंिडया पुनब�मा शाखा को जारी िकया गया पंजीकरण
प्रमाणपत्र सं�ा एफआरबी/009 िदनांक 28 जुलाई, 2017 प्र�ाह�रत िकया गया है और एएफवी
एफआरबी अब िवदेशी पुनब�माकतार् शाखा के रूप में कायर् करने के िलए आईआरडीएआई के साथ
पंजीकृ त नही ंहै।
