S.O. 3813(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 6 of
the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Central Government hereby directs that the exhibition of the
Marathi film titled “Khalid Ka Shivaji”, certified by the Central Board of Film Certification vide Certificate
No. DIL/1/121/2024-MUM dated 12.11.2024, shall be suspended by one month, or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
