[G.O. Ms. No. 14, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR.II), 31st January 2017, ¬î 18, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-19/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 31st December, 2014. AMENDMENT In the said Fundamental Rules, after rule 26 and the Rulings and the Implications there under, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:— "26-A-The Government servant, who retires on or after the 31st December 2014 and whose increment falls due on the next day following the date of superannuation, on completion of one full year of service which is countable for increment under Rule 26, shall be sanctioned with one increment at the rate of 3% of Pay + Grade Pay, notionally on the after noon of the date of retirement, purely for pensionary benefits only". Ms. No. 20, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR.II), 3rd February 2017, ¬î 21, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-20/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Fundamental Rules. 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2006. AMENDMENTS In the said Fundamental Rules, (1) in rule 22, in sub-rule (2), for Explanation 3, the following Explanation shall be substituted, namely:— "Explanation 3 - In cases of non-permanent Government Servants, where the period of absence is treated as "non-duty", the proviso to this sub-rule shall not apply and the period of service prior to such "non-duty" shall not count for increment"; (2) in rule 22-A, for the Explanation, the following Explanation shall be substituted, namely:- "Explanation - In cases of non-permanent Government Servants, where the period of absence is treated as "non-duty", the proviso to this rule shall not apply and the period of service prior to such "non-duty" shall not count for increment"; [G.O. Ms. No. 22, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR.II), 10th February 2017, ¬î 28, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-21/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article 313 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th November, 2014. AMENDMENT In the said Fundamental Rules, in rule 82, under the heading. "Instructions under Rule 82 (a)", in Instruction 3(a), the following Instruction shall be added at the end, namely:- "(iii) The watchmen working in the High Schools / Higher Secondary Schools shall be treated as the staff on non-vacation department from the academic year 2014-2015".Apr. 5, 2017] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 53 Amendment to the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules. Ms. No. 43, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S), 15th March 2017, ðƒ°Q 2, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-22/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules. 2.
