GENERAL NOTIFICATION TAMIL NADU WAQF BOARD, CHENNAI - 600 001. (Lr.Rc.No.15305/77/B1/TNV) No. VI-3(a)/36/2026. In the interest of the Waqf property and the Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal Aalimsha Street Kudiyiruppoor Nala Sangam beneficiaries, to avoid any further ambiguity, the Board resolves in its resolution Item No.363/25 in Rc. No.15305/77/ B1/TNV dated 13.08.2025 to give an official publication in the official Gazette of the Tamil Nadu as follows: "That as per resolution in Na.Ka.No.15305/77/Aa18/TNV dated 04.10.2010, in respect of the exchange of property measuring an extent of 4.33 Acres in S. Nos.875 and 876, Mahmutha Nagar, Kadayanallur Town, offered by the Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal Aalimsha Street Kudiyiruppoor Nala Sangam was accepted by the Waqf Board in turn of alternate property to the property in S. Nos.18A/1B, 32/1, 34/1B2A, 18/2, 33/1, 31/1, 34/1B2, 34//1B3, 34/1B4, Ward-F, Block-30, situated at Iqbal Nagar, Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal, Aalimsha Street, Kadayanallur Town and Taluk and compromise was arrived. That as a Special Resolution No.54 dated 31.12.2023, the necessary formalities viz., exchange by way of Waqf Deed have been completed and The Tamil Nadu Waqf Board by its resolution dated 13.08.2025 resolves to forthwith to issue NOC to the Special Tahsildar, Kadayanallur for change of Patta in the individual name for the property bearing S. Nos.18A/1B, 32/1, 34/1B2A, Ward-F, Block-30, situated at Iqbal Nagar, Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal, Aalimsha Street, Kadayanallur Town and Taluk and to de-link the properties in S. Nos.18A/1B, 32/1, 34/1B2A, 18/2, 33/1, 31/1, 34/1B2, 34//1B3, 34/1B4, situated at Iqbal Nagar, Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal, Aalimsha Street, Kadayanallur Town from the nature of Waqf as Waqf property and resolves further to add the property offered by the Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal Aalimsha Street Kudiyiruppoor Nala Sangam in the Waqf Deed as Waqf property to be included as additional list of properties in respect of Kalvath Nayagam Thaikka Waqf. That it is hereby made clear that Kalvath Nayagam Thaikka Waqf and the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board shall not have any claim over the properties in S. Nos.18A/1B, 32/1, 34/1B2A, 18/2, 33/1, 31/1, 34/1B2, 34//1B3, 34/1B4,, situated at Iqbal Nagar, Kalvath Nayagam Aameenamal, Aalimsha Street, Kadayanallur Town from the nature of Waqf.
