3. The successful bidder after acceptance of his bids will be required to deposit cost including 1 % TCS
through Challan (TR - 6) in favour of Income Tax Department, Burdwan, (A/c No. 32262255919) or
Cheque/DD within 7 (seven) working days from the communication of acceptance. The item is to be
lifted up within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of Release Order on making full payment.
4. No selection or sorting whatsoever of the item or part of the item will be allowed. The entire item
should be cleared by getting proper Gate Pass.
