The items shall be sold to the bidder who will quote the consolidated highest i.e. all the items contained in the list of obsolete/unserviceable items as detailed in Annexure - 1 attached herewith and no bid would be accepted for any part of the same. CRITICAL DATE SHEET 1 Auction Start Date 27.10.2025 2 Auction End Date 10.11.2025 3 Bid Open Date 12.11.2025 List of items to be auctioned As per Annexure - 1 enclosed Residual/Fair Market Value Rs.80,000/- Forced/Distress Sale Value Rs.68,000/- TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The unserviceable material/items will be available on auction on "As is where is basis", 2. The successful bidder will be the one which offer the highest total rate for the entire lot of scrap as detailed in Annexure - 1 and no part lifting of the items shall be allowed. 3. The successful bidder after acceptance of his bids will be required to deposit cost including 1% TCS through Challan (TR - 6) in favour of Income Tax Department, Burdwan (A/c No. 32262255919) or through Cheque/DD, within 7 (seven) working days from the communication of acceptance. The unserviceable material/items is to be lifted up within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of Release Order on making full payment. 4. No selection or sorting whatsoever of the goods will be allowed. The entire lot should be cleared by getting proper Gate Pass. 5. The bid should be submitted in sealed envelope marking "Bid for Scrapped Materials" either by post or through representative at the drop box kept in the Office of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (VU) - 1, Burdwan at Aayakar Bhawan, Court Compound, Kachari Road, Burdwan, West Bengal - 713101 latest by 1.00 PM on 10.11.2025. 6.
