02. The estimated value of the work is more than Rupees one Lakh but less than Rupees three
Lakhs inclusive of alf Taxes.
03. The entire work is to be executed within one weeks (7 days) time from the date of award of
contract (including all intervening days, weekends, holidays etc.). Please note that no
extension of time shall be granted.

04. All care to be taken to ensure safety, security of the premises, work-items and personnel
involved in execution of the work.
05. During the course of execution of work, there should be no littering at the work-site or
anywhere inside the office campus. On completion of the work, the successful bidder shall
ensure cleanliness of work-site and dispose off and clear away all debris generated, within a
span of 7 working days of completion of work.
06. The prospective vendors / service providers who are empanelled for providing requisite
services may visit the Aayak:ar Bhawan Annexe, Bhubaneswar between (09:30 A.M. to
06:00 P.M.) and before the bid end date specified below only once in order to inspect the
aforementioned site.
07. Such quotations from the vendors/ service providers are to be submitted in sealed envelopes
super-scribed with "Minor work for furnishing of office chamber" at office of the
CIT(Appeals), Unit-1, Bhubaneswar, Aayakar Bhawan Annexe, Rajaswa Vihar,
Bhubaneswar - 751007 latest by 17:00 hours on 12th March, 2026. The received bids will
be opened for selection of L-1 bidder at the chamber of CIT(Appeals), Unit-1, ist floor,
Aayak:ar Bhawan Annexe, Bhubaneswar at 15:30 hours on 13th March, 2026. The price to
be quoted in the Tender should be inclusive of all Taxes. Bids will be opened in the presence
of bidder's authorized representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time.
08. The vendor has to ensure that the material used is of a reputed brand with good quality

09. The Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals), Unit-1, Bhubaneswar reserves all the right to
