1. Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the intending vendors / service providers
who have expertise on the aforementioned subject matter to submit quotations for
the following nature of work:-
Work : Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina
coil of 400 mtrs on the western-side of boundary wall at Central Revenue
Colony, Bhubaneswar.

nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle
iron 'V' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B. T.
1 reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain
horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron,
all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed
tape(R. B. T.) I Spring core (2. 5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of
165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre

02. The estimated value of the work is more than Rupees One Lakh but less than
Rupees Two Lakhs inclusive of all Taxes.
03. The entire work is to be executed within Two weeks (14 days) time from the date
of award of contract (including all intervening days, weekends, holidays etc.).
Please note that no extension of time shall be granted.
04. There should be no disruption to office-work while carrying out activities for
execution of this work. All care to be taken to ensure safety, security of the
premises, work-items and personnel involved in execution of the work.
l l Page ~\A~05. The successful bidder shall carry out the maintenance work pertaining to the
above-mentioned works for a period of 2 years from completion of the work on its
own account.
06. During the course of execution of work, there should be no littering at the work
site or anywhere inside the office campus. On completion of the work, the
successful bidder shall ensure cleanliness of work-site and dispose off and clear
away all debris generated, within a span of 7 working days of completion of
work.
07. The prospective vendors / service providers who are empanelled for providing
requisite services may visit the office of the ITO (Wei. & Infra), Bhubaneswar,
Aayakar Bhawan, Main Building, Rajaswa Vihar, Bhubaneswar-751007 between
office hours (09:30 A.M. to 06:00 P.M.) and before the bid end date specified
below only once in order to inspect the aforementioned site.
08. Such quotations from the vendors / service providers are to be submitted in
sealed envelopes super-scribed with "Providing and fixing concertina coil
fencing with punched tape concertina coil at Central Revenue Colony,
Bhubaneswar at the western-side of boundary wall" in the drop box available
at office of the ITO (Wei. & Infra), Bhubaneswar, Aayakar Bhawan, Main
Building, Rajaswa Vihar, Bhubaneswar - 751007 latest by 17:00 hours on
06th March, 2026. The received bids will be opened for selection of L-1 bidder at
5th floor, conference hall of Aayakar Bhawan at 15:30 hours on 09th March,
2026. The price to be quoted in the Tender should be inclusive of all Taxes. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidder's authorized representatives who
choose to attend on the specified date and time.
09. The vendor has to ensure that the material used is of a reputed brand with good
quality standard as per CPWD norms and adhere to all safety norms as
applicable.
10. Quality and Colour of the product will be approved by the authority designated by
the Tender Committee.
11. The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Odisha reserves all the right to
reject any quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
