06. During the course of execution of work, there should be no littering at the work
site or anywhere inside the office campus. On completion of the work, the
successful bidder shall ensure cleanliness of work-site and dispose off and clear
away all debris generated, within a span of 7 working days of completion of
work.
07. The prospective vendors / service providers who are empanelled for providing
requisite services may visit the office of the ITO (PR, Wei , TPS & Infra),
Bhubaneswar, Aayakar Bhawan, Main Building, Rajaswa Vihar, Bhubaneswar-
751007 between office hours (09:30 A.M. to 06:00 P.M.) and before the bid end
date specified below only once in order to inspect the aforementioned site.
08. Such quotations from the vendors / service providers are to be submitted in
sealed envelopes super-scribed with "Repair and renovation of ladies toilets
& gents toilets at Fourth Floor of the Aayakar Bhawan, Main Building,
Bhubaneswar" in the drop box available at office of the ITO (PR, Wei., TPS &
Infra), Bhubaneswar, Aayakar Bhawan, Main Building, Rajaswa Vihar,
Bhubaneswar - 751007 latest by 17:00 hours on 11th February, 2026. The
received bids will be opened for selection of L-1 bidder at 5th floor, conference
hall of Aayakar Bhawan at 15:30 hours on 1ih February, 2026. The price to be
quoted in the Tender should be inclusive of all Taxes. Bids will be opened in the
presence of bidder's authorized representatives who choose to attend on the
specified date and time.
