NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th July, 2025
S.O. 3494(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Banking
Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025 (16 of 2025), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of August,
2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 3,4,5,15,16,17,18,19 and 20 of the said Act shall come
into force.
