S.O. 237(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub section (1) of Section 7 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in
the notification of the Government of India No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 830(E), dated the 21st November,1994,
namely :—
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 2 relating to the Land Frontier of Bangladesh for the
Land Customs Station entry number (20) under column 3 and the entries relating thereto under column 4, the following shall
be substituted namely:—

“(20) Golakganj (a) Road from Sonahat to Golakganj
(b) Dimakuri7Bishkhowa road from Kanur
Part-II to the border pillar number 1009”.
