ERRATUM
New Delhi, the 5th September, 2019
Sub: Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) (Fifth Amendment)
Regulations, 2017.
No. L-1/18/2010-CERC.—The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the Central Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2017. A clerical error has crept
in said Regulations and is rectified as per the following.
a. In clause 4.2, the words “Regulation 2.2.2(iii)” shall be read as “Regulation 2.2.2(ii)(a)”
2. The above is deemed to have come into force with effect from the date as the Central Electricity Regulatory
Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2017 has come into effect.
