(Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2017.
No. L-1/44/2010-CERC.—The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the Central Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Sharing of inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations,
2017. A clerical error has crept in said Regulations and same is rectified as per the following.
a. In clause 2 (2), the date “31.3.2019” shall be read as “31.12.2019”.
2. The above is deemed to have come into force with effect from the same date as the Central Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Sharing of inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2017
has come into effect.
