ERRATUM
New Delhi, the 11th July, 2019
Sub: Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of Regional Load Despatch Centre and other
related matters) Regulations, 2019.
No. L-1/153/2019-CERC.—The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the Central Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of Regional Load Despatch Centre and other related matters) Regulations,
2019. The clerical/typographical errors in the above said Regulations are rectified as under:-
a. The numbering of sub-clause ‘(i)’ and ‘(j)’ of clause (3) of Regulation 5 shall be read as ‘(a)’ and ‘(b)’
respectively.
b. The numbering of sub-clause “(c)(a)” of clause (4) of Regulation 5 shall be read as “(c)(i)”.
c. The clauses under Regulation 6 shall be numbered and read as ‘a’ to ‘r’ instead of ‘k’ to “bb”.
d. The bracket ‘)’ after the word “Office” in the heading of Regulation 26 stands deleted.
e. The superscript “3” after the word “Amount” in the table in Form-3A stands deleted.
f. The words “loan-3andsoon” in the first column in the table in Form 3C, shall be read as “Loan-3 and so on”.
g. The word “S” in the first column in the table in Form 4C, shall be read as “Srl. No.”
h. The numbering of columns ‘11’, ‘12’, ‘13’, ‘14’, ‘15’ in the table in Form-5A shall be read as ‘3’, 4’, ‘5’, ‘6’
and ‘7’ respectively.
i. The words “Annual Maintenance Contract (4a+4b+4c)” at Srl. no.5 of the table in Form 6C, shall be read as
“Annual Maintenance Contract (5a+5b+5c)”.
j. The term “othe charges” at Srl. no.17 in the table in Form 6D, shall be read as “other charges” and the term

k. In the third row of the first column in the table in Form-9, the word ‘opening’ before the words “LDC

Commission (Fees and Charges of Regional Load Despatch Centre and other related matters) Regulations, 2019.
