NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
S.O. 2078(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran as the
Competent Authority to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of stretch of land from Km. 134+000 to Km. 136+000
of the National Highway No.19 for building (Construction of ROB and its approaches in replacement of existing level
crossing at Km. 62A-3E at km. 135 of NH-19), maintenance, management and operation in the state of Bihar, as
specified in the schedule given below.
