No. 1(7)/2015-S.P.-I.—The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
scheme for extending soft loan to sugar mills, notified vide notification number 1(5)/2015-S.P.-I dated
23rd June, 2015:—
For Para 2(xi), the following Para shall be substituted, namely:
“2(xi) All loans which are sanctioned by 30th September, 2015 and disbursed by 16th October, 2015 by the
lending banks, pursuant to this notification, would be covered under the interest subvention scheme.”
