The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt., of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. 941(E) dated 3.4.2013, published in Part II, section 3, sub section (ii), of the Gazette of India.
This notification, S.O. 1870(E), issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on July 8, 2015, amends notification S.O. 941(E) dated April 3, 2013, concerning the acquisition of the right of user in land for petroleum and minerals pipelines under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962. Specifically, it modifies the schedule for Tehsil Luni by substituting the area "NIL" for the previously specified areas in the following instances:
* Against village Khara Bera Purohitan, in column 2, for survey number 4343, in column 3, the area 0.0464 in column 4 is replaced with "NIL."
* Against village Salawas, in column 2, for survey number 678, in column 3, the area 0.0308 in column 4 is replaced with "NIL."
The notification is issued under the authority granted by subsection 1 of Section 6 of the aforementioned Act. The responsible officer for this notification is Pawan Kumar, Under Secretary, and the file number is F. No. R-31015/4/13-OR.II.

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
