The Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 2392(E), dt. 12th September, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 of Sub-Section (i) dated 12th September, 2014 namely.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th March, 2015
S.O. 874(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments
in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 2392(E),
dt. 12th September, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 of Sub-Section (i)
dated 12th September, 2014 namely:—
(i) The entry in column No. ‘3’ (Name of the Taluk) ‘Purulia Muffasil’ and column No. ‘4’ (Name of the
Village) ‘Surulia’, against entry ‘2532’ column No. ‘5’ (Plot/ Survey No./Khasra number) shall be substituted by
the entries ‘Purulia –I’ in column No. ‘3’ and ‘Purulia’ in column No. ‘4’ in the schedule to the said notification.
(ii) The para under the SCHEDULE annexed to the said notification shall be substituted with the text “Brief
description of the land to be acquired with or without structure falling within the stretch of land from km. 33.700 to
km. 83.397 (Bankura–Purulia Section) of the National Highway No. 60A in the State of West Bengal.”
