2. केन्द्रीय सरकार ददनांक 12.09.2019 की उक्त अजधसूचना के पैरा 11 के अनुसरण म ें उक्त अजधसूचना म ें
जनम्नजलजखत पपरर्तवन करती ह:ै -

(क) पैरा 4(iii) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत को रखा िाएगा:-
“प्रत् येक रांच के जलए दार्ा अजं तम जबल फ लेलडग, जिसके जलए दार्ा दकया िा रहा है, िारी करने की
तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी (180) ददनों के भीतर प्रस्ट्त तु दकया िाना चाजहए। जबल फ लेलडग िारी
करन े की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददनों के बाद लेदकन अजधकतम दो सौ सत्तर (270) ददनों तक अनुमेय
राजि के 10 प्रजतित की कटौती की ितव के अ् यधीन जर्लम् ब से दार्ा प्रस्ट्त ुत करन े की अनुमजत होगी।
जबल फ लेलडग िारी करन े की तारीख से दो सौ सत्तर (270) ददनों के बाद जर्चाराधीन माह जर्िेष के
दौरान दकए गए जनयावत के सबं ंध में कोई दार्ा अनुमेय नहीं होगा।”
(ख) पैरा 7 के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत को रखा िाएगा:-
“संबंजधत चीनी जमल यह सहायता िारी दकए िाने की तारीख से 240 ददनों के भीतर दकए गए जनयातव
के जलए जनयावत का बकैं प्रमाण-पत्र और बैंक द्वारा प्राप्त राजि की सूचना दगे ी। जनधावपरत समय के भीतर
जनयावत का बैंक प्रमाण-पत्र और जनयातव के जलए बकैं द्वारा प्राप्त राजि की सूचना प्रस्ट्त ुत करन े में जर्फल
रहने से चीनी जमल को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बाद में घोजषत दकसी भी अन् य स्ट्क ीम के अधीन लाभ प्राप्त
करने से र्ापरत कर ददया िाएगा और खाद्य और सार्विजनक जर्तरण जर्भाग द्वारा चलाई िा रही दकसी
अन् य स्ट्क ीम के संबंध में चीनी जमल को दये राजि से समायोिन करने सजहत इस राजि की र्सूली के जलए
कारवर्ाई िुरू की िाएगी।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th September, 2020
F. No. 1(14)/2019-SP-I.—The Central Government, with a view to facilitate export of sugar during
the sugar season 2019-20 (1st October, 2019 to 30th September, 2020) thereby improving the liquidity
position of sugar mills enabling them to clear cane price dues of farmers for sugar season 2019-20, notified
the Scheme for providing assistance to sugar mills for expenses on marketing costs including handling,
upgrading and other processing costs and costs of international and internal transport and freight charges on
export of sugar vide notification No. 1(14)/2019-S.P.-I dated 12.09.2019.
2. Now in pursuance of para 11 of the said notification dated 12.09.2019, Central Government makes
following changes in the said notification:—
(a) Para 4(iii) would be substituted by the following:—
“The claim for each tranche should be submitted within one hundred eighty (180) days from the
date of issue of the last bill of lading for which claim is being made. Delayed submissions beyond
one hundred eighty (180) days but up to a maximum of two hundred seventy (270) days from the
date of issue bill of lading would be allowed, subject to a deduction of 10 per cent of the admissible
amount. No claim shall be admissible after two hundred seventy (270) days from the date of issue
of bill of lading with respect to exports made during the particular month under consideration.”
(a) Para 7 would be substituted by the following:—
“The sugar mill concerned shall submit bank certificate of export and realization by the bank for
the exports made within 240 days from the date of release of assistance. Any failure to submit the
bank certificate of export and realization by the bank for the exports within stipulated time would
debar the sugar mill from availing benefit under any other scheme subsequently announced by the
Central Government and action will be initiated for recovery of the amount including adjustment
from dues of the sugar mill in respect of any other scheme being operationised by DFPD.”
