**Policy Summary:**
This notification, issued by the Ministry of Railways, Railway Board on June 8, 2015, announces a revision to the jurisdictional boundaries of the Agra, Jhansi, and Allahabad Divisions within the North Central Railway zone. New Delhi, the 8th June, 2015
No. 2013/E&R/1 (3)/5.—It is hereby notified for general information that keeping in view the
operational requirements, Central Government has decided to revise the jurisdiction of Agra, Jhansi and
Allahabad Divisions of North Central Railway.
The jurisdiction of Agra Division of North Central Railway has been extended from Agra Cantt. Jn.
to Dhaulpur Jn. main line from Km. 1341.00 to Km. 1289.00 which is presently under Jhansi division. The
boundary between Agra division and Jhansi division of North Central Railway is accordingly shifted from
Km. 1341.00 to Km. 1289.00 towards Gwalior.
The jurisdiction of Allahabad Division of North Central Railway has been shifted from Km. 1348.09
to Km. 1346.00 up to and including Link Junction. The boundary between Allahabad division and Jhansi
division of North Central Railway is accordingly shifted from Km. 1348.09 to Km. 1346.00 towards
Manikpur.
The changes in the above jurisdiction will come into effect from 1st July, 2015.
