NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th November, 2014
G.S.R. 824(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 read with sub-section (1) and
clause (v) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of
1986), the Central Government hereby amends the Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Rules, 2010,
namely :—
In the Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Rules, 2010, in rule 5, for sub-rule (2), the
following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :
“(2) The term of the Authority shall be upto 31st March, 2015’’.
