Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table ,
being officer, equivalent to the rank of Gazette Officer of the Government, to be Estate Officer for the purposes of the said
Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officer by or under the said Act,
within the local limits of the jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in column (2) of the said Table namely:—
