section 8 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975), the ljdkj ,rn}~~ kjk dukVZ d jkT; e asmDr vf/fu;e dh /kjk 14&d(1) Central Government hereby authorises the Tobacco Board dh mi&/kjk (1)ds lkFk ifBr /kjk 10 ds izko/kuksa ds izpkyu esa to admit, from the date of publication of this notification in bl vf/lwpuk ds jkti=k esa izdkf'kr gksus dh rkjh[k ls 'kq: the Official Gazette and upto the 31st March, 2014, the gksdj 31 ekpZ] 2014 dks lekIr gksus okyh vof/ ds fy, <hy registered traders and dealers of the Tobacco Board to iznku djrh gS rFkk iathÑr mRikndksa dh vfrfjDr Ýyww D;ksMZ purchase, at its auction platforms in the State of Karnataka, othZfu;k rEckdw iQly rFkk viathÑr mRikndksa dh Ýyw D;ksMZ the excess flue cured virginia tobacco, produced by the othZfu;k rEckdw iQly dh fcØh rEckdw cksMZ }kjk vf/Ñr registered growers and Flue Cured Virginia tobacco uhykeh eapksa ij djus dh vuqefr iznku djrh gS A produced by unregistered growers in the State of Karnataka, subject to the following conditions, namely:— ¹iQk- l-a 5@15@2013&biZ h (,xhz&VIº (a) an amount of Rs. 2 per kg., and 7.5 per cent, of the vflr f=kikBh] la;qDr lfpo proceeds of the sale (including a normal service NOTIFICATION charge of 1 per cent of proceeds payable by growers) shall be contributed to the Tobacco Fund by every New Delhi, the 30th December, 2013 registered grower for the excess Flue Cured Virginia S.O. 3913(E).—Whereas, the Central Government tobacco produced by them for 2013-14 crop season; is satisfied that circumstances have arisen rendering it (b) an amount of Rs. 2 per kg., and 15 per cent. of the necessary in the public interest, to relax the restrictions proceeds of the sale (including a normal service imposed by the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975); charge of 1 per cent of proceeds payable by growers) And, whereas, the Central Government considers it shall be contributed to the Tobacco Fund by every necessary to dispose of the excess Flue Cured Virginia unregistered grower for the Flue Cured Virginia tobacco of the registered growers and Flue Cured Virginia tobacco produced by him/her for 2013-14 crop tobacco of unregistered growers at the designated season; auction platforms of the Tobacco Board in the State of (c) a copy of the Record of Rights in respect of tobacco Karnataka; crop for the 2013 is furnished.
