S.O.1285 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares each of the highways
specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a national highway, as specified in the corresponding column (2) thereof.
The highways, now declared to be national highways by this notification, shall be deemed to be inserted in the
Schedule to the said Act with the new serial numbers, the new national highways numbers and the description of the national
highways thereof, as indicated in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively, of the Table.

In the Schedule, for serial number 320 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
