The Central Govt. hereby declares each of the highways specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a national highway, as specified in the corresponding column (2) thereof.
This notification, S.O. 975(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on April 9, 2015, declares a new national highway under the authority of subsection 2 of Section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956). Specifically, the highway starting from its junction with NH No. 352 at Jind, connecting Gohana, and terminating at its junction with NH No. 334B at Sonipat in the State of Haryana, is designated as National Highway No. 352A and assigned the serial number 319 in the schedule to the aforementioned Act. The notification is issued under F. No. NH1401292015PM and signed by Maya Prakash, Director. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th April, 2015
S.O. 975(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares each of the
highways specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a national highway, as specified in the corresponding
column (2) thereof.
The highways, now declared to be national highways by this notification, shall be deemed to be inserted in the
Schedule to the said Act with the new serial numbers, the new national highways numbers and the description of the
national highways thereof, as indicated in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively, of the Table.
