S.O.2473 (E).— In pursuance of, Clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act,1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government in the notification of the Government of India,
in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O.No. 1477 dated 19.07.2013, published in Gazette of India on
27.07.2013 namely :—
In the said notification, in the schedule, for the words “Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup Metropolitan
District, Guwahati, i/c, Land Acquisition Branch” was nominated as Competent Authority for the state of Assam on
deputation to Indian Oil Corporation Limited for ATF Pipeline from Guwahati Refinery to Guwahati Airport.
And whereas, the said pipeline project was shelved by IOCL, as required the Central Government hereby
declares the Competent Authority “Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup Metropolitan District, Guwahati, i/c, Land
Acquisition Branch” for ATF Pipeline from Guwahati Refinery to Guwahati Airport is De-notified”.
This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
